What does a Maintenance Plan include?:
• One visit every month to check the computer system, maintain the Computer and accessories.
• Forward planning of maintenance visits to prevent time conflicts with what you or your staff is doing.
• Advance reminders of maintenance visits.
• One Free Emergency call out per month (non accumulative).
Repair Facility
Your computer can be repaired on-site or off-site, depending on the problem. Technical help and support is just a phone call away. You can also bring your PC to our office for repair where we provide a free initial evaluation of the problem.
Quality, Service and Value
We provide quality and value service. Lemonsurf provides native German and English speaking technical support, service and advice.
Response Time
Our response time is normally less than 4 hours for maintenance customers (during business hours). Our service area includes Phuket up to Khao Lak and Krabi, other locations on request possible.

Forward Purchase Planning
Lemonsurf can assist your forward planning by evaluating your PC(s) and we will advise you on the condition and lifespan. We will tell you honestly if you need or don’t need to consider replacement hardware.
